#MISSION 3. Salmon in leeks with basmati rice

Time to take care of immunity! Complete omega-3 acids and vitamin D together with this recipe!

Salmon in the leeks is one of those dishes which doesn't need our constans attention .
You do not have to spend many hours in the kitchen to prepare something delicious!
All you have to do is stick to the instructions below.

What you need? (Recipe for 1 serving)

1 piece of salmon (according to your needs)
50 g basmati rice
1/2 of leek
1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil
1/2 glass of vegetable broth (eventually water)
A pinch of salt and pepper
Favorite spices (curry, kurkuma, sweet peppers, herbs)


A method of preparing:

  1. Cook the rice in slightly salted water.
  2. While cooking rice, cut the leek in a crescent and heat the oil on a deep pan.
  3. Fry the leek and add broth. Dude for 15 minutes.
  4. Fry salmon on both sides. Arrange it in a pan with leeks and cover the lid. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Turn salmon and leave the whole dish on low heat without cover for 5 minutes.
  6. Arrange rice on a plate, put salmon on it, and the top cover with leek and pouring sauce. Serve with your favorite salad.

Ps. If you use water instead of broth, season with a touch of soy sauce. It guarantees a deep taste!
