What you need?

1 scoop of Vitie Shake
1 whole orange (pilled)
1/2 of carrot
Glass of water
A pinch of ground turmeric

A method of preparing:

  1. Peel the orange and carrot (if carrot is young, wash it thoroughly and leave the skin on).
  2. Cut the carrots and orange into smaller pieces.
  3. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
